Returns & Refunds

Upon delivery please check product/s for any packaging damage and outline any imperfections when signing for the goods. In addition to this please inspect product/s fully prior to installation for any visible imperfections, consequential costs as any discrepencies will not be accepted at a later stage. 


Order Cancellation

You have 7 working days from the day after delivery of your products to cancel an order. If you wish to do so please send an email to worktopshopenquiries@wilsonart.co.uk 

Please be aware the cost of delivering returned products will be your own responsibility. We will be unable to offer a refund for any returned products that we receive damaged. 
 

Damaged Product Claim

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased please download the complaints form here, complete and email it to
complaints@wilsonart.co.uk 
Please do so as soon as possible after receiving the products.

IMPORTANT: You must send photographic evidence of the damaged product along with the complaints form to support your claim.  

Please note, without this information we will be unable to investigate.
