Delivery
Upon placing an order your products will be carefully and securely packaged and delivered using a reliable delivery network, Expect Distribution.
Type of Delivery
‘Big & Bulky’ products: Worktops, Breakfast Bars, Splashbacks, Upstands
The above product/s will be delivered by a 2 man premium delivery service. Upon delivery the goods will be taken to a ground floor room of choice.
Lead Time: Depending on your location and the day your order is placed, your goods will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days. You will be contacted by the carreir who will confrim this date to you.
‘Lightweight' Products: Edging, Joiner bolts
The boave product/s if orderd alone will be delivered recorded delivery through a trusted courier service.
Lead Time: Approximately 2 - 5 working days
Confirmation of Delivery
You will be contacted by the carrier, Expect Distribution, with a delivery date confirmation, if the proposed date is not suitable you must let them know so they can arrange an alternative.
Once the delivery date is confirmed you will be contacted the day before with a time slot and finally on the day you will be contacted 30 - 60 mins prior to delivery.
You will be liable to pay an additional charge for orders to be re-delivered if order is not accepted on the delivery date as confirmed previously.

We are able to deliver nationwide excluding all off-shore areas including ROI, British Isles and Scottish Off-shore. Delivery rates are calculated on the total weight of your order, specialist geographical areas may incur an additional charge which will be evaluated at the checkout *
